PURPOSE:To manufacture a blow-molded article having acessories on the inside of a side wall of the same, by a method wherein the accessories are inserted within a parison, which are held by a holding device inserted into the parison by breaking through the same and air is blown into the same through a blowing needle. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing material 1 held by a holding device 7 is inserted within a parison 8, in a method manufacturing a blow-molded article 21 having the accesories 1 such as the reinforcing material on the inside of one side wall 23 of a hollow part 22, for example, a bumper OB. A blow-molded article 21 is manufactured by blowing air through a needle 11 by clamping a second molding tool 10 after the holding device 7 has been removed by a method wherein simultaneouslywith a matter that a first molding tool 9 is made to abut against the parison 8, a supporting bar 12 is held in a holding hole 3 by inserting the bar 12 into the holding hole 3 by breaking through the parison 8 by making the supporting bar 12 protrude, an air blowing needle 11 is inserted into a holding hole 2. As the reinforcing material 1 made of iron is contained within the molded article and not exposed on the surface, it does not happen that rust is generated. |
