PURPOSE:A cosmetic or external preparation having improved makeup effect by coenzyme action resulting from a very small amount of mineral, obtained by blending cosmetic with an extracted solution of Hydrangea aspera ddon or an extracted and purified organic germanium. CONSTITUTION:It is noticed that a solution of Hydrangea aspera ddon or its extract contain GE as a very small amount of mineral in human body, toxicity is hardly observed, and it is extremely low side effects, it is used, and an extracted solution of Hydrangea aspera ddon or extracted and purified organic germanium is added to a cosmetic such as cream, milky lotion, soap, toilet lotion, etc. to give a cosmetic or external preparation. Addition of a very small amount of germanium shows effect of the skin, which are regarded to result from active enzymatic action, it has preventing effects on chapped hands, insulating effects on face, and wetting effects, keeps the skin in good tension, and has improved durability. |
