A coin feeding device(1) is supported by a spring to rotate between the supporter(2) and a saw plate(3). A rotating shaft is made in (1). A hole(7) is made along the supporter to contain a coin in the head of(1). On the horizontal shaft(8) of the rotating shaft upper portion, a coin container lever(9), a geared lever(10) and a driving lever are established. On the other side of (1), (9) is supported by a spring(12). A coin supporting lever(15) and an elastic lever(16), which shut the coin slot when(1) rotates, are made at the head of a shaft(18). A coin guide portion is established on the shaft hole with constant height and radius. A hole(22) is made in the saw plate(3) and along this hole many teeth of saws are made. Electric power is not needed in this meter.
