<p>PURPOSE:To prevent blurring and slippage, by a method wherein a transfer plate having a surface roughness of several mum is used, a pattern is printed in a printing ink on the plate, and the ink is incompletely cured, thereby embedding the pattern. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the transfer plate 5 is sandblasted to form a sandblasted surface 5b with a roughness of 0.1-3mum. silk screen printing, followed by curing the ink of the pattern 9. After curing, the transfer plate 5 is clamped between the upper mold 2 and an intermediate mold 3, and this condition is fixed by an appropriate means. Then, a silicone rubber 10 constituting a material for a bush-button switch is placed on a projected part 8 of a lower mold 4, and a metallic mold 1 is set. Heat and pressure are applied to the mold 1 by a press machine, thereby molding a rubber push-button switch 16. In this way, the ink of the pattern 9 is incompletely cured and is embedded into the silicone rubber 10. Accordingly, the print pattern is not burred, and slippage does not occur.</p> |
