PURPOSE:To facilitate accurate construction, to narrow a magnetic gap and thereby to improve an electromagnetic efficiency of a motor, by forming an ear member on the outer periphery of a coil block monolithically with this block, and by using said ear member as a means to fit and position the coil block. CONSTITUTION:A metal layer of an ear member pattern, which is so shaped as to be non-continuous electrically to a conductor layer of a coil pattern, is formed on all sheets to be laminated, and it is so disposed that the ear member pattern on each sheet comes to the same position when the sheet is laminated. Thereby a firm ear member as a laminate of the metal layers is formed monolithically with a coil block when the sheet is laminated with an adhesive interposed between the sheets. The ear member formed monolithically with the coil block functions as a tongue piece for positioning the coil block when this block is fitted to a motor frame. When applied to an armature coil of an axial flux type brushless motor, for instance, an ear member 3 formed in the shape of a tongue engages with a pawl 5 formed by pressing a motor frame 4, thus functioning for positioning the armature coil. |
