PURPOSE:To ensure the washing of a member that contacts a clean fluid and to improve the ease of assembly work by dividing a piston rod into an air pressure intake side and a flow passage side and connecting them with a quick fastener. CONSTITUTION:The open-close control section 21 of a passage 16 is closed at a valve section 20 by applying an air pressure from an air supply pipe 10 through a supply port 11 against a spring force. In order to assemble a piston rod 4, a quick fastener 25 consisting of a cylindrical body 27 having a rod 28 inserted to it is press-fitted to a receiving part 30 of the other member 3 which has been washed. In this manner, one member 2 and the other member 3 are connected to form the piston. |
