Yielding support for tunnels and roadways, in particular for tunnels and roadways in mining subsidence regions, consisting of steel tubbing segments, the casings of which are of undulating shape in the direction of the tubbing axis and are assembled to form a tunnel tube. At the periphery and, with regard to the tubbing tube, at the front end and at the rear end, the individual tubbing segments have bonding and joint-packing units with means for a screw connection and joint-packing means. The tubbing segments are made from cast steel or nodular cast iron, and in fact in one piece, including the bonding and joint-packing units. The bonding and joint-packing units are constructed as integrally cast flanges which follow the undulating shape of the tubbing segments in the axial direction of the tubbing tube and are also guided in a curve shape without undulations in the peripheral direction and are attached to one another in the area of the corners. The flanges are provided with bores into which the screws of the screw connection are inserted. <IMAGE>
