PURPOSE:To attain highly flexible channel control in response to the change of a system by providing an area for storage of channel addresses within a main memory and varying the channel address in accordance with the state of constitution of a channel part. CONSTITUTION:A channel address setting area is provided within a main memory 2, and a CPU1 sets an address for CMDR (command register) of each channel to a prescribed address of the channel address setting area. Then the CPU1 produces an interruption to a prescribed channel corresponding to the address for CMDR. In this case, the prescribed channel reads a prescribed address of the channel address setting area and uses it as an address for CMDR. The address of a channel command word is written to said address for CMDR. Thus each channel address is set in a power supply application mode or a reset mode. |
