PURPOSE:To enable the spinning of uniform and high-quality yarn, by pressing a particular presser against the feed roller feeding a sliver to an opening roller. CONSTITUTION:In the opening machines 1-6 to feed opened fiber to the rotor of an open-end spinning machine, a presser 13 is pressed against the feed roller 1 to feed the sliver S to the opening roller 5. The presser 13 is divided into plural movable pieces 13a, and each movable piece is pressed independently against the surface of the feed roller 1 with individual spring 21. |
