PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which does not cause staining of joints and gives a sealing material having good durability and weather resistance, consisting of a siloxane-contg. copolymer (partial hydrolyzate), a crosslinking agent and a curing catalyst. CONSTITUTION:0-25pts.wt. crosslinking agent (A) selected from among a hydro lyzable silane (or a condensate of a partial hydrolyzate) of formula II [wherein R<3> is an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; Y is a hydrolyzable group; b is 0, 1] and a siloxane formed as a cohydrolyzate of said silane and a compd. of formula III (wherein R<4> is R<3>) and 0.01-3pts.wt. curing catalyst (B) (e.g. iron octoate) are blended with 100pts.wt. siloxane-contg. copolymer (or partial hydrolyzate) having a viscosity of 50-500,000cp and formula I [wherein R<1>, R<2> are each an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; Q<1> is a 2-4C bivalent hydrocarbon group; Q<2>, Q<3> are each a 2-6C bivalent hydrocarbon group; X is a hydrolyzable group; m, n, p are each at least 1; a is 0-2].
