PURPOSE:To relax the residual tensile force of windings and prevent the windings from being disconnected, by shortening the dimension between an armature core and a commutator after the armature core is wound up with the windings and some of the windings are bridged to the and face of the commutator. CONSTITUTION:An armature core 3 and a commutator 4 are fitted on an armature shaft 5, and the armature core 3 is wound up with windings 2, and some of the windings 2 are bridged from the end face of the armature core 3 to the end face of the commutator 4. And after that, shortening the dimension between the commutator 4 and the armature core 3 by a specified distance a, and the stress on a section 2a bridged by the windings is set to be relaxed. In this manner, the windings can be prevented from being disconnected during the working of a motor. |
