PURPOSE:To enable to furnish an electron gun with relatively smaller electron ray focusing and deflection aberration depending on a narrower feeder line arrangement, by insulation coating the feeder line except for bendable portions which are smash processed or formed by combining ribbon form conductors. CONSTITUTION:The feeder line 10 is covered with insulation coating 11 and a few parts without coating are formed into bendable parts 10a and 10b by a smashing process, and, the parts 10a and 10b are smashing processed in different directions. The bendability is secured in the direction to the thinner side by the process, so that the whole feeder line 10 is bendable up and down at the part 10a and vertically on the paper at the part 10b. Therefore, the feeder line can be placed in a narrow space by presetting them where other electrodes, exposed feeders, or inside walls of the outer tube will not contact them. In such a way, an electron gun with relatively smaller electron ray focusing and deflection aberration can be furnished. |
