<p>PURPOSE:To form an uniform orientation quality and to dissolve an interference stripes on a micro and a macroscopic observations by coating an orientation film of a photosensitive resin on a surface of a substrate and by forming a photoabsorbing film on a back of the substrate followed by forming a graded surface of a rough level on the surface of the orientation film. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus is prepared by coating the photosensitive resin 2 on a glass substrate 1 with a spinner and also by coating the photoabsorption film 3 composed of a mixture of a graphite powder and trichloroethylene on the back of the substrate, and then by radiating a laser ray on the surface of the substrate and developing to form the interference stripes due to two beams of the ray, and by removing the film 3 after confirming the graded surface formed on the substrate whereby the glass substrate is obtd., and the titled apparatus is constituted by the obtd. two glass substrates. The titled apparatus is able to depress the generation of the interference stripes due to a reflected light on the back of the glass substrate.</p> |
