PURPOSE:To facilitate the controlling and conditioning of the tile equipment by melting the resin near gate holes in quick heating just before injection so as to enable to inject by a structure wherein the portion near each gate hole in a resin passage is made of tubular member, which can be heated by high frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:When a mold 10 is closed, four cavities 12a-12d are formed between both halves 14 and 16. Resin passages are connected respectively through gate holes 32a-32d, which are formed or the bottom surfaces of the respective recessed parts 30a-30d, to the respective cavities 12a-12d. Portions adjacent to the respective gate holes 32a-32d are formed of tubular tips 36a-36d, on the peripheries of which beating coils 38a-38d are respectively wound so as to flow high frequency current therethrough in order to generate heat in the respective tips 36a-36d. The molten resin injected from the nozzle of a molder passes through the resin passages and fills the respective cavities 12a-12d. After the resins in the respective cavities 12a-12d are cooled and solidified, the movable side half 16 is retreated in order to open the mold. |
