PURPOSE:To enhance the torque of a motor, by providing non-magnetic substance for the tooth form of a rotor and a stator, and by making the confronting peripheral faces of the substance and the form slide with each other. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral face of a permanent magnet 3 is fitted on a shaft 2, and the inner peripheral face of a laminated steel plate 4 is fitted on the outer peripheral face of the permanent magnet 3 to form a rotor 5. So far as the outer peripheral face of the rotor 5 and the inner peripheral face of a stator 6 are concerned, non-magnetic substance 10 is provided for the concave sections 11 of each tooth form to be fitted on each other and the sliding faces 13 confronting each other are provided. On the sliding faces 13 of the rotator 5 and the stator 6 confronting each other, the outer tooth from 8 and the inner tooth form 9 are formed according to step angles. It is desirable for the space delta between the confronting sliding faces to be arranged to be approx. 0.005-0.1 millimeter. In this manner, a stepping motor can be miniatur ized and the rotor can be prevented from being eccentrically shifted along with the rotation. |
