PURPOSE:To accomplish an accurate grid arrangement easily securing adequate grid intervals, by arranging groups of picture element allays in two rows in a zigzag form. CONSTITUTION:Linear type picture element allays 10 are divided into groups 12a, 12b..., arranged in two rows in an alternate zigzag, and picture elements A belonging to each group 12 are wired and connected to each common line of a group of related members, connected to the outer terminals 11. And above the elements A are arranged grids G1, G2..., formed separately covering each responding group of elements. In such a way, the interval of the picture elements, neighboring at the ends of neighboring groups, can be enlarged larger than the pitch between the elements, where the end of the neighboring grids can be placed. Therefore, grid arrangement can be accomplished accurately and easily. |
