PURPOSE:To enhance productivity without the generation of gas and burr and without environmental pollution on casting, by inserting a ceramic fiber sheet between a rotor steel plate and a cast sand spacer, and by casting a slot bar. CONSTITUTION:In case that a rotor steel plate 1 is laminated in a specified quantity and that a slot bar is cast by setting a cast sand spacer 2 at a space section for a ventilating duct or the like, a ceramic fiber sheet 7 is inserted between the rotor steel plate 1 and the spacer 2 to cast the slot bar. In this manner, a space is not generated between the steel plate 1 and the spacer 2, and so burr due to the inflow of molten metal is not generated, and as the sheet 7 is made of ceramic fiber, harmful gas can be prevented from being generated at the time of casting. |
