PURPOSE:To utilize the effect of light energy by providing optical radiators which have plural transparent plates, rotatable around an axis perpendicular to the axis of a transparent cylindrical body in the axial direction of the cylindrical body, in the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A gear 20 and a rack mechanism 30 which transmits electric power to each gear are provided at one or both ends of each optical radiator 10 or at a desired position. Each optical radiator is provided above plants to be cultivated in parallel and rotated on its axis through the gear 30 and rack mechanism 30. Then, the plants to be cultivated are irradiated with light energy intermittently to cultivate the plants effectively. |
