<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a microwave and a bias from being interferred by forming a bias feeding conductor through a strip circuit and an insulator and using the bias feeding conductor so as to connect a microwave element and the bias feeding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A bias terminal 6 provided to a case 5 is connected to a bypass pattern 9 by a connection wire 7, a bias post 11 provided on the pattern 9 is connected to a microwave element 4 of a microstrip pattern 1 by the bias connection wire 7 and a required bias is fed to said element. A hole through which the bias post 11 is penetrated from the bias circuit to the microstrip circuit 8 is made to the pattern 1, the dielectric 2 and a ground conductor 3 so as to avoid the bias post 11 from contacting the ground conductor.</p> |
