PURPOSE:Colonies of a new type of microorganism is cultured in a medium which is obtained by sterilizing the enzymes remaining after extraction of german chamomile (Matricaria chaamomille to obtain an antibiotic which is especially effective to inflammation caused by gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. CONSTITUTION:The enzymes remaining after extraction of german chamomile are sterilized under reduced pressure and colonies of a new kind of microorganism is formed on the culture medium to obtain the objective antibiotic. EFFECT:Side-effect of the antibiotic is milder than josanomycin and less than 1/20 of that in penicillin.
