PURPOSE:To enable the feeding and delivery of bagged material to be processed, scarcely damaging the bag, by carrying out the feeding and delivery of the material to be processed into a closed vessel containing spiral transfer path using a feeding apparatus and a delivery apparatus each composed of a pair of elastically deformable rollers. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus 16 for feeding the material to be processed to a closed vessel and for delivering the processed material is composed of two roller pairs 24, 25 contacting slidably to the inner surface of the protruded parts 22a, 22b, 23a and 23b, and the spaces 47, 48 and 49 at both sides of the rollers are sealed with each other. Each roller is composed of a steel cylinder coated with sponge layer and furnished with rubber rings at both ends. Compressed air is supplied to the space 48 through the tube 50 with a compressor.
