PURPOSE:The titled flat yarn that is made from an electrically conductive thermoplastic resin composition containing a specific carbon black, thus showing high and durative antistatic properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective flat yarn is obtained by using an electrically conductive thermoplastic resin composition which is prepared by kneading 10-30wt% of carbon black with a DBP absorption of more than 200cc/100g at the parts of more than 0.3mu thickness on one or both surfaces such as acetylene black, conductive furnace black, a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, when needed, heat stabilizers, pigments and antiblocking agents.
