NOVEL BIS(2,2-DIMETHYL-1-AZIRIDINYL)PHOSPHINIC AMIDE ANTINEOPLASTIC AGENTS AND A METHOD FOR THEIR PREPARATION Novel bis(2,2-dimethyl-1-aziridinyl)phosphinic amide antineoplastic agents are disclosed of the formula: < IMG > wherein R and R' are both methyl or are independently hydrogen or substituted alkyl of 1-10 carbon atoms, wherein each substituent is selected from the group consisting of amine and alkoxy, said compounds being the product of a process comprising reacting a P, P-bis(2,2-diemethyl-1-aziridinyl)phosphinic halide of the formula: < IMG > with an amine of the formula: < IMG > wherein hal is selected from chlorine, fluorine, bromine and iodine and R and R' are as previously described.
