Oximes of 3'"-dehydrocardenolide tridigitoxosides The present invention provides 3'"-dehydro-cardenolide tridigitoxoside oximes of the general formula:- < IMG > (I) in which R1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing up to 3 carbon atoms, R2 is a hydrogen atom or a lower acyl or alkyl radical and R3 OH represents two hydrogen atoms, the group < IMG > or the oximino group =NOR1, wherein R1 has the abovegiven meaning. The present invention also provides a process for the preparation of these oximes, as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing them which are useful for the treatment of cardiac insufficiency.
