PURPOSE:To shield external light and to permit sharp viewing of an image by opposing to each other transparent sheets which are juxtaposed with crest-shaped projections on one face and are molded to a specular surface state on the opposite face in such a manner that the crest shaped projections thereof faces the other and filling a material having the same refractive index into the gaps between the two sheets. CONSTITUTION:The crest-shaped projections 4 having slopes 3 each inclined to a prescribed angle on one side at a prescribed pitch are formed by continuous extrusion, etc. to one face of the sheet material 5 made of a transparent synthetic resin such as acrylic. The face opposite from the face having the projections 4 is formed to a specular surface. A black photosensitive resin prepd. by adding a black pigment, etc. to a photoresist, etc. is uniformly and thinly coated over the entire surface on the projection 4 side of the sheet 5 and UV rays are irradiated only to one face 6 thereof to cure the resin, thereby providing a light absorbing face 6. The non-cured part is washed away. Two sheets of such sheets 5 are superposed in such a manner that the projection 4 sides face each other and that the slopes 3 connect to a straight line. The same material 8 as the material of the sheet 5 is filled into the gaps 7 between the sheets 5 and is cured.
