MEMORY ACCESS CONTROL CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a magnification ratio at a high speed with an inexpensive structure by supplying the count value of a counter for write access pulses in the form of the selection signals. CONSTITUTION:The write access pulses are supplied to a counter 20 and counted there. The count value of the counter 20 is supplied to a selector 10 as selection signals. An input signal with which the corresponding specific bit is equal to the real value is supplied to the selector 10 as a signal to be selected according to a magnification ratio designated from outside. Then the read access pulse is produced based on the signal of real value delivered from the selector 10.
