PURPOSE:To reduce the desired memory capacity per fixed quantity of data to be treated and to increase the data processing speed, by providing a tag part memory means and a data part memory means to store and extract the tag part and the data part respectively and independently of each other. CONSTITUTION:A data processor consists of a tag part memory circuit 1, a data part memory circuit 2 and an executing circuit 3 which extracts and processes the list cells stored in both circuits 1 and 2. These circuits 1 and 2 store and extract the tag part and the data part respectively and independently of each other.
