VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT TYPE AXIAL PISTON MACHINE

PURPOSE:To enable a partial displacement volume to be changed to an extent with no matter of a deflection of the maximum resultant tilt angle position from the rotary position in a pressure switching point of a valve plate, by tilting a movable swash plate about a pivotally supporting shaft serving as the center with respect to a fixed swash plate. CONSTITUTION:A swash plate is constituted by a fixed swash plate 2a with a tilt angle phi1 and a movable swash plate 2b with a tilt angle phi2 not larger than the tilt angle phi1. Further a machine provides a tilt rotating means 19 for tilting movable swash plate 2b to be rotated about a pivotally supporting shaft 18 serving as the center with respect to the fixed swash plate 2a. By this constitution, a partial displacement volume can be changed to an extent with no matter of a deflection of the maximum resultant tilt angle position from the rotary position in a pressure switching point of a valve plate.
