PURPOSE:To intend to improve the energy density of a cell and to manufacture the lightweight, smaller sized one by dispersing conductive fine powder uniformly into a polyacetylene film forming both positive and negative electrodes, as well as, by integrating said film with a conductive mesh. CONSTITUTION:In process of manufacturing a polyacetylene film made of conductive polymer, which is used for the positive electrode 3 and negative electrode 4 of a secondary cell, conductive fine powder 8, 9 is dispersed into this film uniformly. And, said powders combined with conductive meshes 10, 11 extended into the film, as integrated body. Particle size of the conductive fine powder is properly to be about 5-150mum in diameter, and the quantity to be mixed is favorably about 0.1g to polyacetylene polymer catalyst 1ml. By this secondary cell, electric current flows uniformly and sufficiently. Since the dope can progress uniformly, the intention to utilize the electrode active material effectively may be realized. |
