PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the hollow phenomenon of the appearance of a diaphragm for a speaker due to the difference of the linear expansion coefficient by molding by the adhesives respectively connecting a surface side skin material, a core material in which the central part is constructed not to connect with the surface side skin material, a rear side skin material, and the surface side skin material and the core material and the above-mentioned rear side skin material and the core material. CONSTITUTION:At the surface connecting to a surface side skin material 3 and a core material 9 of the rear side skin material 4, hot-melt type adhesives 6 are applied or stuck, the thermal press is executed from upward and downward in the sandwiched manner with the core 9 and the bonding is executed, and then, in the connecting part with respective skin materials of the core material 9, a rib bonding part only arranged radially is bonded, and the wide surface of the core material central part is not connected to the surface side skin material 3, and therefore, the hollow of the surface side skin material 3 due to the difference of the linear expansion coefficient by heat will not occur. |
