TRAVERSE CONTROLLING METHOD FOR ALIGNMENT WINDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To absorb the dispersion of a bobbin width by finishing winding at a bobbin layer end determining the traverse pitch change timing data conforming to the precisely measured width of a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:The width W of a bobbin 2 installed on a bobbin 2A wherein the number of rotation is controlled is measured by a bobbin width measuring equipment 1. Traverse means consisting of a traverser 5A which can reciprocate at a required traverse pitch A and a traverse pitch required number of times of the pitch A and a driving motor 5 is changed the pitch on the way of winding by a control equipment 8. The change of reciprocating direction of the traverse means can be done by the accumulation of rotation angle of the bobbin 2A. The change of a pitch is done by the determination of traverse return timing of each winding layer from the width W of a bobbin measured by the bobbin width measuring equipment 1 and the diameter of a wire 3 and the change timing of the uppermost winding layer is determined on the way of winding.
