PURPOSE:To efficiently observe a microorganism, by providing a microorganism stimulation means, which stimulates the microorganism in water to be examined by an electrical means or a chemical agent to impart forcible motion thereto, in the water to be examined of a sensor apparatus part. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 6 is moved to an upward direction by the driving control signal 23 from a control apparatus 28 to press a microorganism in the gap between a water-proof glass 4 and a measuring glass stand 5 in such a state that the microorganism keeps mobility. The control apparatus 28 sends an image pick-up signal 10 to a television camera 11 when the movement of the plunger 6 to an upward direction is finished to start the continuous picking-up of an image. At the same time, said control apparatus 28 sends a voltage applying signal 27 to a power source apparatus 29 and voltage is applied to an opposed electrode 25 and the objective microorganism increases mobility by this stimulation. By this method, observation becomes easy. |
