When the speed change lever 3 is set to the same advance position prior to the transfer, the shift arm 6 is operated in the backward direction before the transfer and the speed change transmission mechanism 5 is set to the regression position. When the speed change lever 3 is set to the regression position, the speed change transmission mechanism 5 is set to the advance state. And if the speed change lever 3 is set to the advance state even when the handle 2 is transferred, the hand tractor advances.
