摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a moving body which can be driven at a high speed by a method wherein the circumference of the moving body made of ferromagnetic material, which can be moved freely in axial direction, is surrounded by a plurality of split excitation coils, and the split coils are parallel-connected in such a manner that the direction of their electromagnetic force is made identical. CONSTITUTION:Split coils 23a, 23b and 23c are wound around the concentric bobbins 40, 41 and 42 having a through hole in the center, they are surrounded by the first yoke 24 and the second yoke 25 made of ferromagnetic material, and an electromagnet 21 is formed. At this time, the inductance component and the resistance component of the coils 23a-23c are to be brought in the desired value. Then, a shaft 26 surrounded by the plunger 22 made of ferromagnetic materials is inserted into the center through hole, through the intermediary of a guide body 28, and it is coupled to a return spring 29 while one end of the shaft 26 is pivotally supported by a bearing 27. Subsequently, both side faces of the electromagnet 21 are airtightly closed using a cover member 30 made of the paramagnetic material such as Al and the like. Then, all split coils 23a-23c are parallel-connected, the inductance of the coils is made small, an exciting current is raised quickly, and the shaft 26 is driven at a high speed without having a high voltage power source.
