PURPOSE:To permit selection of a program input device to be loaded by providing selection ON/OFF setting signal output means for each program input device, and selection ON/OFF signal input means for a CPU. CONSTITUTION:Set the switch of selection ON/OFF setting signal output means of the device, to which a program which is to be loaded in a main memory 12 of the CPU 1 during IPL is input, to selection ON manually and others to selection OFF. An execution part 13 reads the selection ON/OFF signal, which shows the switch status of the selection ON/OFF setting signal output means 14 based on the IPL program loaded from a ROM 11. The execution part 13 picks the program input device 22-2n by the input data which is set to selection On, and loads the program of this program input device 22-2n to the main memory 12.
