摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a Fresnel lens enabled to condense and collimate light having visual wavelength by forming grooves or spaces having the width of square distribution around an optical axes in the optical axis direction in plural zones. CONSTITUTION:An optical waveguide layer (optical waveguide) 23 is formed on a substrate 21 through a buffer layer 22. The lens is constituted of 2M zones narrowing its width from the optical axis to the outside and the grooves 24 having the with of square distribution (the length proportional to x<2> in the Z axial direction) are formed around the optical axis Z (an original point) in the optical axis direction. The depth of the grooves 24 is fixed and the depth value may be smaller tan the thickness of the optical waveguide layer 23. |
