PURPOSE:To prevent parts from being changed as well as them from being deteriorated due to insufficient forcing by applying, upon inserting certain parts into a prescribed portion, prescribed force for insertion with use of a spring, while detecting, when the insertion gets difficult, it by means of a sensor. CONSTITUTION:An assembly device for sealing a complementary mount assembly into a funnel of a cathode-ray tube is formed including levers 19, 21 rotatable in conformity with the movement of a cylinder 18, a bracket 23 coupled rotatably with respective tip end parts thereof, a guide pin 24 supported freely to go back and forth on the bracket and integrated with a forcing plate 25, and a sensor 28. Then, a mount 35 is mounted on a mount support table 34, and with the cylinder 18 being operated the bracket 23 is moved drawing a circular arc, whereby the mount 35 is forced in by means of the forcing plate 25, and with the insertion being difficult it is detected with the sensor 28. Accordingly, no bad insertion is assured for improving quality of parts as well as for assuring smooth automation of the assembly. |
