PURPOSE:To obtain an emphasis circuit with low cost, excellent performance and suitable for circuit integration by using in common lots of impedance elements for a time constant circuit for pre-emaphasis processing and a time constant circuit for de-emphasis processing. CONSTITUTION:The pre-emphasis circuit consists of a resistor R21, a coil L21, a capacitor C21 and an adder 23 and a pre-emphasis output OP is obtained by adding a signal SP and a signal resulting from the signal SP through the pre-emphasis time constant circuit. Further, the de-emphasis circuit consists of resistors R21, R22, the coil L21, the capacitor C21 and a subtractor 24, and a de-emphasis output OD is obtained by subtracting a signal resulting from a signal SD passing through the de-emphasis processing time constant circuit from the signal SD. Thus, most impedance elements are used in common for the pre-emphasis time constant circuit and the de-emephasis time constant cir cuit. |
