PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a decorative sheet, by forming an embossed pattern to the resin coating layer formed to a support material by coating during a semi-solidified state. CONSTITUTION:A liquid or pasty thermoplastic resin composition (e.g., an emulsion paint, an acrylic resin or a methacrylic resin) is applied to a support material 1 to form a coating layer 2 with a thickness of about 0.1-1.0mm. Subsequently, an embossed pattern is formed to the surface of the resin coating layer 2 during the semi-solidified state of said resin coating layer 2 by using an emboss plate. Thereafter, the resin coating layer 2 is perfectly solidified by heating.
