PURPOSE:To decrease probability, which goes to a communication error, and to use efficiently an external memory device by informing an addresser that address information is a communication error. CONSTITUTION:When it is decided that the same information as the address inputted by an address information deciding part 12 is not stored in an illegal address storing part 11, a calling part 13 calls. As the result, in the case of communication error, the callings are executed three times, and even then, in the case of communication error, an output is given to the second alarm message transmitting means 15, the message, which goes to a pair with address information, is read from the external memory device 6, character data, at the highest part of the message, that transmitting can not be executed due to illegal address information, are prepared and transmitted to an addresser. The alarm message transmitting means 15 outputs the signal to delete a storing area of the message which goes to a pair in the external memory device 6, and stores the inputted address information to the illegal address storing part 11.
