PURPOSE:To equalize the contact force resulting from the hydraulic cylinders on both sides of a loaded container and prevent luggage from collapsing by making the expandable rods of the hydraulic cylinders touch both sides and controlling each valve based on the sensing value of the hydraulic pressure sensor of each cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic cylinders 13 and 14 whose one end is fixed are arranged on both sides of a container 11 loaded using a stacker 12 and each of expandable rods 131 and 141 make contact with the uppermost container. Hydraulic pressure is supplied to each of the hydraulic cylinders 13 and 14 through a pump and a switching valve and both chambers of each of the hydraulic cylinders are connected through hydraulic pressure sensors (a) to (d) and electromagnetic valves 132, 133, 142, and 143 actuated based on the sensing value. By actuating each of the electromagnetic valves 132, 133, 142, and 143 based on the sensing value of the hydraulic pressure sensors (a) to (d) resulting from the hull oscillation and such, the container contact force can be equalized using the expandable rods and luggage can be prevented from collapsing.
