PURPOSE:To remove a hard work and to manufacture a speaker easily and correctly by two-point supporting and positioning with a positioning supporting jig and a damper mounting to the prescribed position a voice coil bobbin part and a coupler part which goes to a single body, thereafter, remove a cylindrical type positioning jig and fitting a flat plate diaphragm part to the coupler part. CONSTITUTION:A frame 4 fitting a magnetic circuit part is mounted to a supporting body 30 so that the four angle parts may be hung on a frame fitting groove 31 of the supporting body 30. Next, a cylindrical type positioning jig 6 is inserted into the voice coil bobbin part 1, and the voice coil bobbin part 1 is stored in the prescribed position in a gap G in the magnetic circuit part. In such a condition, the central opening part of a damper 7 is passed through the voice coil bobbin part 1, the opening part of the damper 7 and the outer periphery part of the voice coil bobbin part 1 are stuck with the adhesives and the outer periphery part of the damper 7 is stuck to a bottom plate part 14 of the frame 4. For the bobbin part 1 positioned by the cylindrical type positioning jig 6 automatically, the coupler part 8 is centered and stored in the suitable position. |
