PURPOSE:To protect carrying object from damage in vibration spiral elevator for continuous sterilizing system by gradually increasing the winding pitch of trough downward. CONSTITUTION:The winding pitch P of trough 4 is increased gradually downward such as P1<P2<P3<P4... Consequently, the inclination angle of trough 4 will increase downward to gradually increase the carrying speed of pouch moving on the trough through function of gravity thus to gradually increase the interval of pouch in the trough 4. Consequently, lapping of pouch is prevented thus to protect the pouch from damage when passing through a sealing mechanism. |
