PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of exhaust gas surely by providing a prohibiting means prohibiting learning control by a learning control means when learning level is higher than a level of an output signal of an O2 sensor continuously for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:A learning control means 3 corrects basic injection amount so that an average value of air-fuel ratio correcting coefficient during air-fuel ratio feedback control becomes a predetermined value, and makes the corrected basic injection amount a new basic injection amount. And a prohibiting means 4 prohibiting learning control by the learning control means when an output signal of an O2 sensor 1 is compared with learning level higher than lean monitor level and the learning level is higher than the output signal level of the O2 sensor continuously for a predetermined time is provided. Thus, deterioration of exhaust gas can surely be prevented even if air-fuel ratio feedback control is not mad.ads.
