<p>PURPOSE:To equip a copying machine with enhanced sheet feeding capacity by connecting a sheet feeder through the inlet for a sheet feed cassette formed in the body of copying machine, and by fitting a plurality of sheet feed cassettes on this sheet feeder. CONSTITUTION:A feed roller 3 is installed in the body 1 of this copying machine, and a guide 9 is fixed to the insert hole 8, wherein each sheet is transported by said feed roller 3 and a transport roller 9a provided at said guide 9. A sheet feeder 10 is equipped with a caster capable of moving freely. The body is provided with an insert hole to allow fitting of a hand-feed table 11, upper sheet feed cassette 12 and lower sheet feed cassette 13, and feed rollers 14a-14c are installed correspondingly. The sheet taken out by each feed roller 14 is sent to a sendout roller 16 through a sheet guide 15, and supplied to the insert hole 8 in timing. Copied sheets are stacked on an exhaust tray 17.</p> |
