PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which has excellent resistance to low- temperature impact and heat distortion, does not cause delamination and has good moldability, by blending an unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) with a resin compsn. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. consisting of 5-95wt% hydrogenated product of a block copolymer of the formula (wherein A is a monovinyl-substd. arom. hydrocarbon polymer block; B is a conjugated diene elastomeric polymer block; n is 1-15) and 95-5wt% thermoplastic polyester and/or thermoplastic polycarbonate, is used. 100pts.wt. said resin compsn. 0-200pts.wt. polyolefin, 0-100pts. wt. softener for non-arom. rubber and 0.1-10pts.wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) are kneaded together.
