PURPOSE:To enhance the conductive pattern accuracy and the productivity by etching only one side of a copper foil sheet, positioning the etched surfaces in the opposed state, bonding the two sheets, and etching the remainder from the both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:After etching pattern protective layers 2 are formed on both side of a copper foil sheet 1, and etched in the degree not passing the sheet 1 from one side. Then, two such sheets are positioned on the etched surfaces in the opposed stat, and bonded by an insulating adhesive 3. Then, the bonded sheets are etched until the electric connection is eliminated from the both sides to the sheet 1 to form a sheet coil having the prescribed conductive pattern. Thus, the productivity is improved due to the use of only the etching, and the conductive pattern accuracy is enhanced due to the both-side etching. |
