PURPOSE:To produce continuously an enameled building material causing hardly stripping in a short time by spraying enamel melted at the m.p. or above on a base material heated to a proper temp. and by slowly cooling the base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material to be enameled such as metal, tile, clay or cement is heated to 100-500 deg.C, and enamel melted at 300-1,300 deg.C is sprayed at lest once on the base material. The base material is slowly cooled immediately without carrying out drying to complete enameling. An enameled building material can be formed in a short time, and a high-speed production at about 5-30m/min rate is enabled.
