<p>PURPOSE:To enable to wind simultaneously continued 2-layer coils by preliminarily winding a wire of the length of one layer of the coil, securing the end to a bobbin, and supplying and winding the wires from both sides of a wire supply source and the preliminarily winding to bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A wire 71 is drawn from a wire supply source, the wire of at least one layer coil is preliminarily wound to from a preliminary winding 72. Then, the end 73 of the supply source side of the winding 72 is clamped at a bobbin. When the bobbin is rotated to draw the wire 71 from the source to wind the coil 74 of the first layer, the winding 72 is simultaneously rotated in the same direction at the twice rotating speed of the bobbin around the bobbin to continuously wind the coil 75 of the second layer on the coil 74 of the first layer. Thus, the connecting work of the coils 74, 75 can be eliminated.</p> |
