<p>PURPOSE:To enable to make optimum signal processing even when special reproduction is made without modifying the decoder of the receiving set by outputting TV video signals band compressed by multiple sub-Nyquist sampling as it is at the time of standard reproduction, and outputting replacing controlling signals with other data at the time of special reproduction. CONSTITUTION:In the case of whole picture animation mode, the picture is decoded by reproduction signals in one field, and accordingly, movement vector is not used. Various controlling signals other than movement vector and still motion ratio controlling information are replaced by proper data when necessary by various reproduction mode through a line 41. An insertion circuit 42 adds controlling signals replaced by proper data to original video signals. Thus, when recording and reproducing satellite broadcasting of high grade television, or reproducing soft of high grade television signals, they can be appreciated not only by standard reproduction mode, but optimum reproduced picture can be realized by relatively simple constitution even in the case of reverse reproduction.</p> |
